Suitability
New and previously painted wooden and concrete floors. Suitable for maintenance painting of floors painted with acrylate (water-based) and alkyd (solvent-based) paint. Previously lacquered floors can also be painted with LLU Lattiamaali Aqua.

Manual
Previously painted floors are sanded or washed and cleaned of dirt and dust. If necessary, the holes are filled with a suitable leveler. The surface to be painted must be clean and dry. The temperature of the paint, floor and air is recommended to be above 10⁰C. At a lower temperature, drying slows down and the surface does not reach full durability.
The cement adhesive layer is removed from new concrete floors before painting. The relative humidity of the concrete must be below 95%. Mix the paint well before each painting.
Previously unpainted floors are primed with approx. 10-15% diluted LLU Lattiamaali Aqua. Then the paint will be properly absorbed into the substrate, and the durability of the paint will improve. Surface painting is performed with unthinned paint 1-3 times.
The painted surface will reach its final hardness within approx. 2 weeks.

Environmental protection
The product must not be released into drains, waterways or soil. Unused fresh paint is delivered to a hazardous waste point for disposal. Empty, dry paint containers can be delivered for recycling. Dried paint is landfill waste.
Operational safety
Use care and avoid unnecessary exposure. The use of protective gloves and eye protection is recommended. A separate safety data sheet is available for the product.

Transport Warm transport. Not VAK-classified.
